ARTICLE 1 is not about Corona- It's about QUESTIONING a decision of the Supreme Court! It's about pitting the impeachment court against COLLEGIAL decision of the highest court on something that is outside of the senate court's jurisdiction...how could CJ have betrayed the public trust by following the appointment of constitutionally mandated official which is the President.
