The DAP no longer is being done, so the petitions against it are moot. Thus argued the Solicitor General at the Supreme Court last week for the presidential pork barrel, or Disbursement Acceleration Program. Is there a lamer defense for the indefensible? He has stopped raping his daughter, so the charges against him must be dropped? DUH?
