TRIBUNE EDITORIAL: COA would have more explaining to do rather than the legislators who were the subject of its selective Special Reports on the PDAF as it is now established that the data were tainted with bias and that the release of the report did not follow accepted audit procedures. Former Pres Chief of Staff Bobbi Tiglao in his regular opinion space, added up the CoA-audited PDAF of senators during 2007 to 2009 which was covered by the report and found that the audit was PRIMARILY FOCUSED on personalities WHO ARE CONSIDERED  THREATS to the Liberal Party (LP) in the run-up to the 2016 presidential elections. In contrast, those who claim to toe the line of Noynoy in his "tuwid na daan" path were HARDLY SUBJECTED to audit while Noynoy himself and his double, Mar Roxas, were EXEMPTED from the audit. NOYNOY AND MAR WERE SENATORS during the audit period.
