MLA STANDARD: MWSS 'ghost' profits blasted MWSS Labor Association vice president Napoleon Quinones said over 70 percent of the alleged net income was only a "PAPER GAIN" coming from the appreciation of the peso against the dollar. "They just made it appear that we earned P2 billion so they have something TO BOAST OF AND JUSTIFY THE EXCESSIVE PERFORMANCE BONUS of the four board members," Quinones said.
