PDAF is taxpayers' money. If a large chunk of it comes from OFW money, are they one of the hardest hit? If they stop remitting, the greedy ones will have a difficult time with pork barrel. The economy can't collapse because according to the BS government' BS, they have a lot of Foreign Direct Investments. Baka naman ang OFW ang tinatawag ni lang FDI (foreign direct investments) ?
