Do you know that mar roxas budget (DILG) is asking for 1.24 billion and this is for housing 573 million for potable water and 76 million for CLIMATE CHANGE. AND DILG HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. WOW, WOW GRABEEE. ARE they really honest?
