Edwin Lacierda, claims that the 1996 peace pact forged between the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and the Fidel Ramos government, was NOT terminated. -- what a LIAR!! Mr. Lacierda, do you really think Misuari and the public will be stupid to believe that? why will Nur declare independence and why will he ask his followers to risk their lives if they're HAPPY with the current developments?
