MLA STANDARD: EMIL JURADO - Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, who has been under hospital arrest for year now, certainly does not need hospital surroundings to recover from her debilitating ailment. If the Aquino administration can APPEAL TO other government to spare the LIVES OF FILIPINOS CONVICTED OF ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICKING, I cannot see why it cannot be more humane and considerate towards A FORMER PRESIDENT whose HEALTH IS DETERIORATING.
