HUNGER HAS RISEN among Filipino families, the Social Weather Stations (SWS) said in a new report, particularly worsening among the poor. A June 28-30 survey had 22.7% of 1,200 respondents nationwide claiming to have experienced having nothing to eat in the last three months, compared to 19.2% in the first quarter.
