TEDITORIAL: One reason the Sulu Sultan went ahead and sent his Royal Army across to Sabah -- and it is a real army because it actually fights and doesn't just target practice at the range -- was that he was indeed invited to the new peace talks, but when he got there, discovered there was not seat reserved for him. He looked around but no stack of monobloc chairs from which to pull out a seat.
