MLA STANDARD: JOJO ROBLES - Previously, Osmeña has initiated investigations in the Senate that were obviously sought by the administration with which he is very much identified. Thus, the Cebuano senator went to town with the so-called "bridges to nowhere" projects of the Arroyo administration and the probe of businessman Roberto Ongpin, to name just two. But the probe of Philex, started long after the fact, the penalties and the rehabilitation efforts, is truly one for the books. Osmeña should really stand down and shut up already (or be told to do so by the people who set him up for this probe); people are starting to become really curious about his motives.
