OPINION - EDITORIAL
DINKY Out of tune - She has also been unable to explain adequately why she has allowed thousands of victims of natural calamity to go hungry when her warehouses were full from the international aid that poured in the aftermath of typhoon Pablo. Given the callousness of Sec Soliman's recent statements and the indefensible delay in her release of relief, it is not all too difficult to understand why those who suffered the brunt of typhoon Pablo's wrath feel they have been victimized twice - first by the storm, then by their own government.
