JOURNAL: CAAP LINKED TO NEW SCAM
THE civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) is again mired in controversy after its chief of the Flight Standard Inspectorate Services (FSIS) was discovered to be a top official of a private flying school based in Taguig City. In another clear case of "conflict of interest", records from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed that Capt. Beda B. Badiola, chief of the FSIS, continues to serve in the board of directors of Leading Edge International Aviation Academy, Inc.
