Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. So why blame GMA for the country's ills now? Why use her again as a campaign material? Aren't they the one's in power now? Why can't they just move on? Aside from the noynoying president, Liberal Party senatorial bets took turns during their proclamation rally in Plaza Miranda in lashing out at corrupt officials still in the government, all alleged remnants of the previous administration.
