STANDARD: House Min Leader and Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez said he was saddened by the rising criminality in the country, citing a Canadian national's shooting and killing of two people and wounding of a female prosecutor in a Cebu courtroom in Cebu on Tuesday before he himself was shot dead. "Read the papers and THREE-FOURTHS OF WHAT YOU READ ARE ABOUT KILLINGS," Suarez said. "The government should do something about it."
