"Criminality will not stop because there is an election," House Dep Min Leader and Zamb Rep. Mitos Magsaysay told reporters. "We are having problems because of poor law enforcement. Law enforcers themselves are breaking the law," Magsaysay said. "This administration has been here for three years, so they can't blame others for what is happening now."
