FORMER Pres and now Pamp Rep. Gloria M-Arroyo on Mon said the 366 million in confidential funds of the PCSO the subject of the plunder case against her and other PCSO officers - have been duly audited and approved by the COA. The former pres, through lawyer Anacleto Diaz, said the Ombudsman cannot overturn a finding of the COA. She raised this pointed in a 10-page reiterative motion to the SC for the issuance of temporary restraining order and or preliminary injunction.
