- Zamb. Rep. Milagros Magsaysay accused the DBM yesterday for releasing pork barrel funds to pro-administration congressmen and withholding the share of opposition lawmakers. Magsaysay said the DBM's release of P140 million in pork barrel funds to former Dinagat Island congressman Ruben Ecleo Jr. through a caretaker congresswoman "was proof of the DBM's double standard."
