PHILSTAR: DBM hti for double standard in release of pork - Zamb Rep. Milagros Magsaysay accused the DBM yesterday of double standard for releasing pork barrel funds to pro administration congressmen and withholding the share of opposition lawmakers. Magsaysay said the DBM's release of P140 million in pork barrel fund to former Dinagat Island congressman Ruben Ecleo Jr. through a caretaker congresswoman was proof of the DBM's "double standard".
