PEOPLES JOURNAL: The plenary of the House of Representative yesterday elected House Assistant Minority Leader and Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez as new chairman of the House committee on ethics. Occ Mindoro Rep. Ma. Amelita Villarosa moved t elect Romualdez as the panel's head, replacing the late Bohol Rep. Erico Aumentado.
