The recommendation of technical malversation vs fpgma is baseless and laughable since the transfer was cleared by coa itself. The funds were used for ofws as the resolution itself stated! And yet there is technical malversation. Again despite their vigorous efforts, the doj could not file plunder because there is no factual basis for it whatsoever. There was no personal gain on the part of pgma and the funds were clearly shown to have used this case dismissed earlier by the ombudsman ? Another slap in the face for pnoy and his rabid supporters.
