MALAYA EDITORIAL: Garcia fights City hall and more- Could her suspension be politically motivated? there seems to be little doubt about this. Garcia lords it over a province which has the biggest voting population and lest we forget she is the candidates of the UNA for the congressional seat in the third district of Cebu. Con incidentally, it just so happens that the one who replaced her is Agnes Magpale, a member of the Liberal Party. She is also a sister of the former energy sec and incumbent Cabinet sec Jose Almendras. Need more be said?
