INTERAKSYON TV: The vote at the House of Representatives which allowed the controversial Reproductive Health bill to hurdle third reading on Monday was greeted with sharply opposed reactions. It was a victory for women, from the view of human-rights advocates; but a signal of a creeping dictatorship with the Executive meddling brazenly in legislative work, according to a leading prelate. Antipolo Bishop Gabriel Reyes warned that the government is slowly becoming in the affairs of the legislative branch, which paved the way for the third-reading approval.
