Noynoy keeps on blaming his predecessor, Gloria Arroyo, for the ills the country is in - Noynoy can't possibly blame Gloria, who did come up with a close to 8 PERCENT economic growth before she stepped out of office, while Noynoy brought the growth figure down 5.9 PERCENT during his two and a half year stay in Malacañang. If his claim of "good governance," "transparency," "drive against corruption" are producing results, why did FDIs WENT DOWN by 83 PERCENT in just 2 years? 5.9% GDP UNDER P-NOY VS 7.8% GDP UNDER GMA -who is the one LYING, who is the one CHEATING and who is the one STEALING?
