ANC: Miriam wants probe on hazardous waste dumping in Subic Bay by US Navy contractor Glenn Defense Marine Asia, same contractor charged fro dumping liquid waste a few miles from Manila Bay in 2011. Company says SBMA has no jurisdiction over complaint because it's covered by VFA.
