TRIBUNE EDITORIAL: Instead of applying the law evenly, Noynoy said that Padaca claimed that she was a victim of political malpractice. if there would be a perfect example of political persecution under Noynoy then the chase for Gloria would it be. Would Noynoy then heed Gloria and accord her the same treatment given to Padaca? Noynoy just fell a hairline short of declaring Padaca innocent and daring the Sandiganbayan to defy him and prove otherwise through the comments he issued.
