Pres. Benigno S. Aquino III has authorized the rationalization of the rates of government fees and other charges to provide efficient public service. In signing Administrative Order No. 31, the President ALLOWED STATE AGENCIES, including government owned and controlled corporations, to RAISE existing fees and IMPOSE NEW CHARGES if necessary.
