Atty. Raul Lambino legal spokesman of former PGMA echoed the statement of Atty. Bocar of Sandiganbayan that "CGMA should not be handcuffed when she is arraigned this morning." Lambino assailed the plan of Malacanang and the PNP to handcuff the former President by putting her in public shame and portraying her to be guilty.
