PEOPLE'S JOURNAL: AMID the recent brouhaha involving DILG Usec Rico Puno, Malacañang faces another controversy over possible meddling in an election protest case. This became imminent as a document entitled "Explanation of Inhibition" issued by Comelec Commissioner Robert Christian Lim dated 11 September 2012 cited as the main reason for his inhibiting himself the alleged pressure from a person "believed to be closely associated" with Malacañang.
