TRIBUNE: CoA chief bares P30-B anomalies in DWSD, BOC - At the budget briefing of the state audit agency, CoA Chairman Grace Pulido-Tan said audit findings revealed that the BoC issued P26 BILLION in illegal refunds of Customs duties and taxes in 2011, well DURING the Aquino administration, which was more that double the P12 billion refunds incurred in 2010. Pulido-Tan also bared COA audits finding UNACCOUNTED "over-the-counter" disbursement of 3.77 billion for the CCT being implemented by the DSWD, under Sec Dinky Soliman.
