Aquino cannot be dissuaded from mourning Robredo, nearly two weeks since his unloved (by his boss and his colleagues) subordinate was reported missing. And the President has to repeatedly - and belatedly - extol the virtues of a man whom he never trusted enough to head up an entire department when he was alive. If he were alive today, Robredo would probably be tempted to apply his TSINELAS on the faces of his official mourners. Except that, because he was such a great and humble man, he probably never would.
