- Aquino tried mightily to spin the bad news, nonetheless, even if he came across as just continuing his pissing match with his predecessor-in-office by saying that people were "less desperate" now compared to when Ondoy hit. Someone's got to keep the good news coming, apparently, and if no one's there to do it, it might as well be Aquino himself.
