Perhaps the biggest question on the minds of many Manilans, was,
"Where was P-Noy when the great flood struck them?" At least during typhoon "Ondoy" people saw then Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo wade in flood waters, while her Def Secretary Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro Jr. used the LRT to move from place to place. Two years into P-Noy's regime, the flood waters of Metro Manila has only worsen because no one cared to solve the problem from its root cause. But for us, who believe in God, this was God's way to show our uncaring politicians.
