MLA STANDARD: EMIL JURDAO - DOJ Sec Leila de Lima, the Doberman of Pres Aquino who even risked getting cited for contempt by the SC, is aspiring to be chief justice. The question is whether she can meet the constitutional requirements that the cj must have proven competence, integrity, probity and independence to be the "primus inter pares," But remember de Lima's defiance to a TRO issued by the Supreme Court? Did she not insult the SC?, the same body she now wishes to heads? Mr. Aquino may just name De Lima to the post. My gulay, nothing surprises me anymore in this administration.
