the truth and nothing but the truth - The argument of Sen Osmena the Pnoy could easily hide his assets by depositing them in his sister's accounts precisely why they should have given CJ the benifit of the doubt re his (CJ's) account. CJ put all accounts in his name coz he's NOT hiding anything. CJ was CONVICTED for TELLING the TRUTH!
