FWD - The argument of Sen Osmena that Pnoy could easily hide his assets by depositing them in his sister's accounts precisely why they should have given CJ the benefit ofthe doubt re his (CJ's) account. CJ put all accounts in his name coz he is not hiding anything. His conviction was too harsh for having told the truth. Pls pass
