PHILSTAR: BOBIT AVILA Meanwhile depending on which side you are on, CJ Corona's last testimony about that conditional waiver that he signed in front of the Sen-Judges has been praised or condemned. Those who condemn it say that the 188 Congressmen and Sen Franklin Drilon are not being accused of corruption, so there is no need for them to sign it. But in my book, it was perhaps the greatest challenge that the Chief Justice posed not just for those accusing him of corruption, but also for the entire political establishment that has long been known to live on their pork barrels to the detriment of the economic growth and the development of our country.
