GOT THIS>> The invitation of CJ Corona to the 188 complainants, prosecutors, Drilon to also execute waivers is intended to prove that the common practice/interpretation of public officials is that there is no legal duty of obligation to disclose foreign currency deposits in the SALN (absolute confidentiality). While they are not on trial, the issue of interpretation of the SALN law and the FCDU law is.
