STANDARD - Solons slam bully tactics on colleague Reacting to the threat from House Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales, the chairman of the ethics committee, Bohol Rep. Erico Aumentado, said no sanctions could be imposed on Tiangco without cause.
"The ethics committee will only act on this if there's a valid complaint" Aumentado said.
He said, Tiangco could not be punished for his testimony before the impeachment court.
