Power supply remains inadequate and unreliable. Mindanao has been suffering from rotating blackouts that last up to 15 hours. Considering that the Phils surpass Japan i having the most expensive electricity in Asia last year, which post as the biggest disincentives for foreign investment in our country. The inadequacy of power supply can only compound our "Creeping Crisis."
