REP. MITOS MAGSAYSAY demanded that Henares be humble enough to apologize to Pacquiao for the agency's misgivings and stop its arrogance. "For someone of national stature like Pacquiao, the BIR should have accorded him respect and a little consideration," Magsaysay said.
