On DZRJ 810 AM Feb. 3 2012: N. Jacinto: As someone with a front row seat at the Impeachment proceedings, what can you say about the impression that many people have that Niel Tupaz of the Prosecution panel repeatedly told a bold-faced lie when he was asked by Senators Escudero and Estrada if he or any of the members of the Prosecution panel released the info that they could tie 45 properties to CJ Corona which were unaccounted for in his SalN? We have it on record there in the station that he and other members of the prosecution panel were the ones who spoke of this to the media, and not the LRA, as Tupaz claimed. In fact, other networks and tv stations in particular already started flashing their news reports from Jan. 12 showing Cong. Tupaz and Con. Miro Quimbo stating this for the record in their presscons and mentioning  the figure of 45 properties over and over again. Sen Ernie Maceda: Well, I'll be very kind to Tupaz and Quimbo. They must be having a really hard time prosecuting this, because the basic problem is that they have a very weak case.
