World Bank denies Inquirer story on SC loan misuse. The denial was made by WB program assistant for external relations. Also, the one who provided the fabricated listing of cj properties is a classmate of pnoy. Land Registration Authority is an agency under DOJ headed by Leila de Lima. May God bless our country.
