ABS-CBN and Inquirer reported World Bank misuse loan. This info was leaked by Butch Abad whose daughter PMS Sec. Julia Abad aka Vice Ganda is married to a WB official. what the yellow media maliciously ignored was WB project was implemented in 2003 under DAVIDE. Sadly, WB fund was audited during Corona watch. No wonder we have a stupident council under Aquino. His brains -- PMS under Vice Ganda Abad -- cant get its facts straight. Pls pass.
