JOURNAL - Solon denounces PNoy govt ANAKPAWIS Rep. Rafael Mariano described the Philippine Development Plan 2011-2016 under the administration of President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III problematic as he emphasized that there's no significant boost in agriculture and economy. Mariano said that there is no significant domestic economic growth and development for this 2012 if Aquino will continue to protect big landlords.
