FWD - Believe it or not. The chief prosecutor of the chief justice impeachment trial, cong. neil tupas, flunked the bar exam not once not 2x but (3) xs. And this is the man who insults our intelligence every day. Enrile is right telling him to study law. Pls pass and the father charge also of corruption at the sandigan.
