It's more dangerous (not fun) in the Phils.!!!
1. Media reports that in 2011, especially the last 6 moths, our crime rate had reached such proportion that crime syndicates were no longer afraid of the laws of the land and had field day sowing violence;
 - from July to Dec. 2011, more than 1,300 crime incidents were reported (an average of 55 per week)
 - In Sept. alone, 11 incidents of killings and rapes allegedly committed by children and teenagers were reported;
 - Murder cases committed by assailants riding motorcycle in tandem totaled to 778;
 - Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) said 2011 also saw "widespread" murders and massacres of families, rape-slay of students;
bombing of mining firms, business establishment and public places;
 - an upsurge of syndicated crimes against property, such as car thefts and bank robbery and holdups;
- Pinoys landing in illegal jobs and as drug mules out of hunger.
