ANC: PULSE ASIA state of national economy (Oct. 2010 - Nov. 2011): 45% the same as it was a year ago. 38% it deteriorated 18% it improved. filipinos saying economy is better now declined by 12%, while those saying it deteriorated increased by 22%.
