INQUIRER - Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III said Tupas' disclosure showed that "he is already violating the rules of the impeachment court. "But Sotto would not say wither Tupas could be penalized for his action. Senator Francis Escudero also said that under the impeachment rules, senator-judges were not the only ones required to refrain from making comments. "This also applies to the complainant, the respondent, lawyers and witnesses," he said in a phone interview.
