10-month investments fell by 25% - BSP data
- Foreign investors continued to shun the Philippines last year, as the government's public private sector partnership framework failed to take off amid policy differences. The Bangko Central reported that total FDIs in the January - October period amounted to just $729 million, down 25 percent from $968 million a year ago.
